Kathy Sue Hoffmann, 62, of Indianapolis, died Monday, March 6, 2017.
Kathy is survived by her father, Kenneth E. Hoffmann Sr.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at Southern Dunes Golf Course, 8220 S. Tibbs Ave., Indianapolis.
