William Russell McFarland, 97, died on March 2, 2017.
He is survived by his wife, Vida Mcfarland; daughters, Ann McFarland, Nancy (Jeff) Gatewood, Sally (Chris) Wirthwein; stepdaughters, Stephanie Keys and Diana Rowe; brothers Melvin McFarland and Ben McFarland; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be at noon today, with visitation two hours prior to service at Wilson St. Pierre Stirling Gerber Chapel 5950 E. Thompson Road, Indianapolis.
