GREENWOOD
Margaret G. McInnes, 63, of Greenwood, died Wednesday, March 1, 2017.
Margaret was born Sept. 26, 1953, in Glasgow, Scotland, the daughter of Hugh and Elizabeth (Dixon) Henderson. Margaret was a member of St. Barnabas Catholic Church and had been a teacher for 30 years at LaPetite Academy and Child Time.
Survivors include her husband, Philip McInnes; daughter, Tracey (Don) McInnes; grandchildren, Logan and Emma McInnes; sister, Ellen (John) McGee; brother-in-laws, Adam Kyle and James (Mary) McInnes; nieces, Gillian (Craig) Lyngh and Kotone McInnes; and nephews, Adrian and Paul (Kanako) McInnes and Myles and Carson Lyngh.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret (Dixie) Kyle.
Visitation will be from 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Wilson St Pierre Funeral Service-Greenwood, 481 W. Main St., Greenwood. Additional visitation will be from noon to a 1 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial Monday at St. Barnabas Church, 8300 Rahke Road, Indianapolis.Â
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Margaret’s name to American Cancer Society.
