No one was injured when a trash truck overturned along U.S. 31 in Edinburgh on Tuesday morning.
Just after 9 a.m., the driver of the trash truck, John Barnett, 45, of Plainfield, told police another vehicle drove into his lane, and he moved over to avoid an accident.
The trash truck went off the road and into a ditch, then overturned at Orchard Drive, according to the report from the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office.

Barnett was checked out at the scene, the report said.
