Local color guards earned top finishes at weekend invitationals.
Center Grove High School’s color guard earned first at the Indiana High School Color Guard competition at Northview High School. The school’s junior varsity color guard earned a gold rating.
The Greenwood Community High School Irish A guard placed second in their class, and the Open guard placed fourth in their class at Carroll High School.
The winter guard at Whiteland Community High School snagged seventh in Class A at Northview. The school’s junior varsity guard placed fourth.
Indian Creek High School’s winter guard placed eighth at Northview.
Greenwood’s winter percussion earned seventh at Plainfield High School.
