LA GRANGE, Ky
Inez “Naoma” Kersey Cline Fleetwood died peacefully Monday, Feb. 13, 2017, at the age of 90 years young.
She was born May 8, 1926, in Amo to Fred Kersey and Maud Soots Kersey who preceded her in death.
She graduated from Amo High School and worked at Allison’s for 28 years. She married Bernard “Bernie” G. Fleetwood on Feb. 17, 1979. They belonged to Royal Oak Country Club and enjoyed golf and other activities there. She also enjoyed watching IU basketball and playing euchre, reading and family get-togethers.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Don and Dale Kersey; two sisters, Elmina Phillips and Elda Ruth Ferry; daughter-in-law, Debbie Cline and stepson, Dan Fleetwood.
She is survived by a son, Jeff Cline; daughter, Jana (Steve) Cline Covell; stepson, Fred (Dawn) Fleetwood; stepdaughter, Janet (Sterett) Fleetwood Robertson; four grandchildren, Lyssa (Matt) Cline Castor, Christopher (Lyndsey) Covell, Clint (Melissa) Covell and Cate Lynn Covell; six step-grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; eight step-great-grandchildren and four step-great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at G. H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home at The Gardens at Olive Branch, 1605 South State Rd 135, Greenwood, IN 46143 with visitation from 11 a.m. until service time.
