Betty Jean (Coseboon) Stroud, 78, of Greenwood, passed away Friday, Feb. 10, 2017.
She was born June 7, 1938 in Carrier Mills, Illinois, to George and Eva (Bristow) Coseboon.
Betty was a member of the Vineyard Community Church and was a former member of Villa Heights/Madison Avenue Church of God.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Lorraine Sluder, brother, Jimmy Coseboon; and grandchild, Shannon M. Hunt.
Betty is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Charles D. Stroud; daughters, Terri L. Hunt and Paula Kaye Frazier; grandchildren, Michael G. Hunt, Jared L. Hunt and Diana N. Frazier; great-grandchildren, Paisley K. Hunt and Hadley N. Hunt; five nephews and three nieces.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. State Road 135, Greenwood. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
