INDIANAPOLIS
Zelma Birdwell Bean, 96, of Indianapolis, died Thursday, Feb. 9, 2017.
Survivors include her children, Don Eugene (Fran) Bean, and Ronnie Wayne (Linda) and Novis Gayle (Mac) Cassidy; five grandsons; one great-granddaughter and eight great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bedford Myrl Bean.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at G. H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., Indianapolis. Visitation will 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Shriners Hospitals for Children.
