McDonald’s, 1139 U.S. 31 North: A man reported at 9:45 p.m. Tuesday that he left his phone on a table in the restaurant. When he returned, it was gone.
Fraud
600 block of Bluebird Lane: A woman reported at 4:23 p.m. Tuesday that she received a call from someone purporting to be from the IRS. The call was fraudulent.
Thefts
1100 block of Hospital Road: A woman reported at 4:01 p.m. Monday that pork chops and other food was stolen from her home.
900 block of Brookstone Drive: A woman reported at 6:34 p.m. Monday that her daughter’s tablet computer was missing from the home and her credit cards had multiple fraudulent charges on them.

Thefts
1000 block of Galaxie Drive: Police responded at 4:51 p.m. Tuesday to a report of theft of appliances.
500 block of West Broadway Street: Police responded at 5:04 p.m. Tuesday to a report of a vehicle that was entered. Nothing appeared to be missing.
Criminal mischief
Bob’s Tu Your Door Pizza, 510 N. Meridian Street: Police responded at 10:41 p.m. Tuesday to a report of criminal mischief.
