FRANKLIN
Nancy Lee (Curtis) Stephens of Franklin passed away Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2017, in Franklin.
She was born April 23, 1947, in Delaware, Ohio, to her parents, Donald and Margie (Kelley) Curtis.
She served as an activity director at Christina House.
She loved books, reading, watching movies, collecting “Gone with the Wind” memorabilia and coins, and spending time with her grandkids. She was also enjoyed being an artist and working on her artwork.
Nancy is survived by her husband, Rick Stephens of Franklin; her children, Chris Drake of Franklin, Margie Rutherford-White of Madison, Sarah Drake of Missouri, Della Drake, Alexandria (Michael Caruthers) Drake and Erica Drake — all of Franklin; one sister, Debbie Curtis of Delaware, Ohio; 24 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son, Eric Drake; her parents; and one brother, Don Curtis.
The family will be conducting a funeral service noon Friday at Jessen Funeral Home, Whiteland Chapel, 729 N. U.S. 31. A visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of the service, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery, Franklin.
