Joseph Allen Capps, 24, of Indianapolis, died Oct. 24, 2016, in Indianapolis.
He is survived by his parents, Jeffrey Capps of Indianapolis and Tracy (Best) Duncan of English; two sisters, Danial “Dani” Capps of Indianapolis, Alyssia Tekluve of Avon, and one brother, Anthony Cordell of Indianapolis.
A visitation will be 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday at Jessen Funeral Home, Whiteland Chapel, 729 N. U.S.31. A celebration of life service will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
