Kelly R. Baker, 43, died on Thursday, Jan. 26, 2017. She was a resident of Columbus.
She is survived by her parents, James and Rachella Baker; and brother, Chris (Barbara) Baker.
Her wishes were to be cremated.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Bartholomew County Humane Society.
Arrangements were entrusted to Simplicity Funeral & Cremation Care, Franklin.
