INDIANAPOLIS
Lena E. Welsh, 87, of Indianapolis, died Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2017, with her family by her side.
Lena is survived by her daughter, Nancy (Mike) Van Wagoner; six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
Lena was preceded in death by her husbands, Charles W. Parks and Joseph Welsh; and her sons, Allen J. and Steve Parks.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday at G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., Indianapolis. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
