Jerry Lee Lynn, 67, of Franklin, passed away Monday, Jan. 16, 2017, in Franklin.
Jerry was born in Liberty, Kentucky, on May 1, 1949, to Mark Jr. and Dessie Marie (Atwood) Lynn.
He was a U.S. Army veteran.
Jerry was employee with Arvin as a welder, in Franklin and Greenwood, for 15 years. He also was a truck driver and did a little bit of everything in his life.
He enjoyed working on cars, and watching westerns, NASCAR racing and Indianapolis Colts football.
Jerry is survived by his mother, Dessie Marie Reeves of Franklin; a daughter, Amanda Cutliff of Olney, Illinois; three sisters, Loretta (James) Chumbley, Vickie (Steve) Johnson and Sandy (Raymond) Hodson, all of Franklin; grandchild, Austin Cutliff of Terre Haute; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Mark Lynn Jr.
A private family service will be conducted. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery with military honors at a later date.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Jessen Funeral Home, Whiteland Chapel.
