INDIANAPOLIS
Jeremiah Kephart, 23, of Indianapolis, died Friday, Jan. 13, 2017.
Survivors include his parents, Dawn (Josh) Dye and Jeff Kephart; siblings, Krystal Kephart and Cadin Dye; and grandparents, Mona Kephart, William (Sharon) Short and Linda (Bill) Berta.
Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. today at G. H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home, 1605 S. State Road 135. The funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
