GREENWOOD
Laura Maxine Bastin, 95, a former resident of Martinsville and Greenwood, died on Friday, Jan. 13, 2017, at the Masonic Home in Franklin.
She is survived by her children, Delmar “Jay” Baker of Indianapolis, Laura “Betty” Norris (Dale) of California, Sharon Klene of Lafayette, Pamella Hetzler of Indianapolis and Linda Zimmerman of Trafalgar; 15 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
She was sadly preceded in death by her sons, John Robert Martin, Delbert Gene Baker and Quinton Baker.
Family and friends are invited to visit from 11 a.m. to noon Tuesday at Neal & Summers Funeral and Cremation Center in Martinsville. Pastor Reed Waggoner will conduct a service at noon at the funeral home. Burial will be at New South Park Cemetery in Martinsville following the service.
