A man was charged with a felony after a teenage girl said he touched her inappropriately.
Jamin Lee Shue, 24, Martinsville, was charged with sexual misconduct with a minor.
A teenage girl told police that on Oct. 12, Shue touched her inappropriately in a vehicle they were riding in and at the girl’s Johnson County home, according to the charging documents.
The girl told Shue to stop, but he didn’t, the report said.
Shue told police he had touched and kissed the girl, and that she had told him no, the report said.
Shue, 210 E. Poston Road, was arrested and taken to the Johnson County jail, where he was released on $6,600 bond.
