FRANKLIN
Charlotte J. (Pollard) Julian, 64, of Franklin, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 7, 2017, at Homeview Health and Rehabilitation Center in Franklin.
She was born May 21, 1952 at Witham Memorial Hospital in Lebanon, to Sherman Lee Pollard and Virginia Eileen (Sparks) Pollard.
She married Martin L. Julian Jr. on July 20, 1994, in Franklin; he survives.
She was a homemaker and retired.
She was a 1970 graduate of Pike High School in Indianapolis.
She loved to garden and had a flower-arranging business for a time. She also enjoyed watching birds and the ocean.
She was a proud grandmother and enjoyed spending time with her grandsons.
She also was an avid Colts fan.
Survivors include her husband, Martin L. Julian Jr. of Franklin; a son, Dan S. Crawford IV (Breanne) of New Whiteland, a daughter, Lisa Renee Crawford of Pendleton; three grandsons, Jesse Freese, Ethan Crawford and Tyler Crawford; and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Martin L. Julian Sr. and Kathleen K. (Taylor) Julian of Franklin.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Sherman Lee and Virginia Eileen (Sparks) Pollard; and a brother, Barry Lee Pollard.
The Rev. Marion Glover will conduct a memorial service at 7 p.m. Thursday at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 300 U.S. 31 South (Morton Street) in Franklin where friends may call from 5 p.m. until the service time Thursday at the mortuary.
