GREENWOOD
Inger Marie Miller 93, of Greenwood, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2017.
The daughter of Peter A. and Kathrine Bonde Krogh, Inger was born March 5, 1923, in Hampton, Iowa. Inger was a member of Greenwood Christian Church, where she did much volunteer work.
Inger is survived by daughter, Carolyn K. (Joe) Pittman of Greenwood; sons, Warren E. (Anne) Miller of Puyallup, Washington and Gordon L. (Jacquelyn) of Issaquah, Washington; grandchildren, Laura (Nate) Streib and Steven (Marissa) Miller, both of Portland, Oregon and Andrea Pittman of Columbus; great-grandchildren, Claire, Myra and Jacob Streib.
On June 4, 1947, she married Galer Jacob Miller, who passed away on Sept. 30, 2015.
In addition to her husband and parents, Inger was preceded in death by brothers, Hjalmar P. and Svend A. Krogh.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. State Road 135, Greenwood, where the Rev. Shan Rutherford will conduct funeral services at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood.
