2800 block of U.S. 31: A couple reported at 11:12 a.m. Tuesday that family members were missing about $1,700 in cash that was mailed. The family members reported that the envelopes they received were open and money was missing.
500 block of Yandes Street: A woman reported at 12:14 a.m. Tuesday that appliances were missing from a home she owned.
2200 block of Hampton Drive: Police responded at 3:01 p.m. Tuesday to a report of theft from a vehicle.
2400 block of Cedarmill Drive: Police responded at 3:08 p.m. Tuesday to a report of a stolen golf clubs, bags and accessories.

Walmart, 1133 N. Emerson Avenue: Police responded at 2:56 p.m. Tuesday to a report of shoplifting. A man was arrested.
Kroger, 2200 Independence Drive: Police responded at 12:58 a.m. Wednesday to a report of shoplifting.

Personal-injury accident
9:21 p.m. Tuesday — U.S. 31 South, and County Road 250S, Franklin. Breanna D. Miller, 24, Franklin and Mackenzie Patton, 8, Franklin. Patton had a face abrasion. Miller had severe face bleeding.
