GREENWOOD
Carl Robert “Bob” Spoon, 87, of Greenwood, died Dec. 16, 2016.
He is survived by his daughters, Tammy (Richard) Johnson and Beth Ann (Sam) Payne; sister, Mary Alice Beaumont; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Vera L. Walk Spoon.
A celebration of life service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Mount Pleasant Christian Church, 381 N. Bluff Road, Greenwood. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the hour of service in the church.
The family has suggested memorial gifts be given to Mount Pleasant Christian Church.
Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center is handling the arrangements.
