Disabled vehicle
South State Road 135 and West State Road 44: Police discovered a stopped vehicle partially blocking a roadway and observed a person near the car. After searching the area, the driver of the vehicle, Lonnie Bryce, 42, 204 Judson, Greencastle, was located and found to be intoxicated. He was arrested on charges of habitual traffic violations and public intoxication.
Investigation
East State Road 44 and South County Road 725 West, Franklin: Police officers at the scene of another accident witnessed a stopped vehicle that was not moving and when they approached the driver, Jason Sloan, 31, 5690 New Harmony Road, Martinsville, he was not cooperative and was behaving suspiciously. Officers found drugs and arrested him on charges of possession of a hypodermic needle, possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and resisting law enforcement.
