Thank you Excel Heating and Air Conditioning for providing an early Christmas present to a family in need. Your quick action and willingness to go above and beyond was truly amazing. The family was so touched, they cried tears of happiness. You are a blessing.

To the fire department, police department and paramedics of Johnson County. I just want to thank all of you for your quick response to helping my wife, who needed your help on Dec. 4. Thanks for all of your hard work and dedication to your job. You all are doing a fantastic job; keep it up.

Hearts and a standing ovation to the Franklin Community High School Rockafellas for an outstanding performance at our Johnson County Garden Club holiday gathering. We are sure that we were the first of many gigs to come. Such a talented, personable, and polite group of young men who represented their school and community well. We look forward to an encore performance. Happy holidays.
