Greenwood police are searching for two men who robbed a liquor store at gunpoint.
Police were called to Big Red Liquors, 172 Melody Ave., at 10:30 p.m. Thursday on a report of a robbery.
The clerk told police two men came into the store. One man stayed near the store entrance to watch for anyone coming, and the other showed the clerk a gun and demanded money. The clerk emptied the cash drawer into a bag, and the two men left, according to the Greenwood Police Department report.
A police dog tracked the scent of the men to a nearby alley but lost the scent there, the report said.
Police are requesting surveillance video from nearby businesses, the report said.
