Two women were injured when a car and truck collided nearly head-on in Bartholomew County.
A truck driven by Nancy Catron, 66, of Franklin, pulled into the path of a car driven by Sara Williams, 52, Edinburgh.
Williams attempted to brake and swerve to avoid a collision, but the two vehicles collided almost head-on, according to a news release from the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department.
The accident happened Wednesday afternoon near the Columbus Municipal Airport. Both women were taken to the emergency room with non-life-threatening injuries.
