One man was injured after his vehicle went off the road and flipped in southern Johnson County.
The crash happened just after 5 p.m. Friday on State Road 44, near State Road 135.
The driver, Tyler J. Vansickle, 22, of Franklin, told police he wasn’t sure what caused him to not follow a curve and go off the road, according to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office report.
The vehicle slid into a ditch, flipped and landed on the south side of the road, the report said.
Vansickle was trapped in the vehicle, but was alert, the report said.
He was removed from the vehicle and taken to Indiana University Health Methodist Hospital, where he was treated and released, according to a hospital spokesman.
