GREENWOOD
Bessie Jane Ooten, 56, of Greenwood, died on Monday, Oct. 24, 2016.
Survivors include her mother, Elaine Richards; children, Leslie Atkins and Nicholas and Ryan Ooten; four grandchildren; and siblings, Brenda and Cristina English.
Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at G.H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home, 1605 S. State Road 135, with a service at 7 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Johnson County Humane Society.
