INDIANAPOLIS
Virginia “Jenny” Ruth Shaffer, 72, of Indianapolis, died Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2016.
She is survived by four children, Denis (Donna) Shaffer, Rhonda (Jerry) Winn, Donetta (Joe) Cartwright and Donnie (Sherrie) Shaffer; 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; sister Linda Kinser; and brother William (Laura) Hopson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald W. Shaffer.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 7602 Madison Ave., Indianapolis. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the mortuary. Interment will follow at White Lick Cemetery.
