<p>Robert "Tom" and Elizabeth Dalby of Franklin are celebrating their 45th wedding anniversary with a planned visit to see relatives in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.</p>
<p>Mr. Dalby and his wife, the former Elizabeth Cisco, were married Oct. 16, 1971, at Shiloh Community Church in Franklin.</p>
<p>He is retired from Auto Dealers Exchange.</p>
<p>She is retired from Johnson County government.</p>
<p>They have two children, Tara Cusimano of Indianapolis and Elaine Dalby Olson of Floyds Knobs, and two grandchildren.</p>
