BOW, N.H. — A police document says a disturbance between two brothers at their New Hampshire recycling business led one to use a front-end loader to tip over a crane occupied by his sibling.

Peter Emanuel was later arrested after he drove away in a garbage truck. The 54-year-old Emanuel, of Bow, was being held on $170,000 bail on charges of attempted assault, criminal mischief and resisting arrest. He did not have an attorney during a court appearance Thursday.

His brother, Stanley Emanuel, jumped out of the crane before it was tipped over. He wasn’t hurt.
