USAF BAND OF MID-AMERICA CONCERT BAND, 7 p.m. Oct. 7, Franklin Performing Arts Center, 2600 Cumberland Drive, Franklin, tickets are free, but required for admission, [email protected] or 317-346-8109; concert band is a group of 45 professional musicians whose music inspires patriotism and honors veterans, band will present a multimedia presentation of Air Mobility Command’s distinctive missions, video portion will focus on presidents, aircraft and personnel that for 73 years have made Air Force One an iconic cultural image and major player in U.S. history; concert will also feature members of the Franklin Community High School Band.
REFUGE FAMILY FUN FEST, 5 to 8 p.m. Oct. 8, The Duke’s Property, 4300 N. County Road 725W, Bargersville, featuring the Hunter Smith Band, full meal from Archer’s, games, bounce houses, hayrides, bonfires, face painting, tickets are $25 and $12 for a child and include a meal. Bring your own chair.
