Shari L. Endris, 47, died Sept. 24, 2016. She was a resident of Lebanon.
Survivors include her children, Mystari and Oliver Endris; and her father, John Blanton.
A service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Simplicity Funeral & Cremation Care, 7520 Madison Ave., Indianapolis. Friends may visit from noon until the service time at the funeral home. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood.
