2800 block of U.S. 31: a man reported at 9:34 a.m. Tuesday that a man took payment for a product and he hasn’t given him the product.
Kroger, 970 U.S. 31 North: A man was arrested 1 p.m. Wednesday for stealing about $34 in groceries from the store.

Angie Mardis Bail Bonds, 800 W. Jefferson Street: An employee reported at 9:24 a.m. Tuesday that several inmates who had used their services received calls purporting to be from them asking for payment information.
