The Johnson County Historical Society will celebrate fall this weekend at the Johnson County Museum of History’s annual Heritage Day.

Visitors can check out Civil War reenactors, demonstrations of traditional crafts and take part in other hands-on activities.

The event will be 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the museum, 135 N. Main St., Franklin.

Activities are appropriate for visitors of all ages and are free of charge.
