A man was arrested in Greenwood after a vehicle pursuit along U.S. 31.
Jeffery Powell, 27, Indianapolis, was arrested on charges of resisting law enforcement with a vehicle and possession of marijuana, Indiana State Police Sgt. John Perrine said in an email.
An Indiana State Police trooper attempted to stop Powell for a traffic violation late Sunday evening near Interstate 465 and East Street. Powell drove his vehicle south on East Street, which is also U.S. 31, until he was stopped and arrested on Loews Boulevard, just off U.S. 31, in Greenwood, Perrine said.
