FRANKLIN
James Roy (“Jim,” “J.R.”) Green, 67, of Franklin, died on Saturday, Sept. 24, 2016.
He is survived by his wife, Tamara (Tammy) Dunlevy Green of Franklin; daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Green of Indianapolis; sister, Janet Anne Green Washburn.
Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday at Friendship Baptist Church, 1600 Westview Drive, Franklin. The Rev. Fred Brown will conduct a funeral service to be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday with the family receiving friends from 3 p.m. until the service time of 4 p.m. at Friendship Baptist Church, 1600 Westview Drive, Franklin. A graveside service will be held at noon Monday at Hanover Cemetery in Hanover.
The family requests that live flowers please not be sent due to medical allergens of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Friendship Baptist Church, 1600 Westview Drive, Franklin, IN 46131.
Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 300 South U.S. 31 (Morton Street) in Franklin, is handling the arrangements.
