Franklin native helps with presidential debate

A Franklin native had the opportunity to help out with the presidential debate.

Pakelody Cheam, a junior studying public relations and sustainability at Hofstra University, got to volunteer at the CPD Media Center Help Desk for the first debate between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump.

She worked with news organizations, including NBC, according to a news release from the university.
