The Franklin Head Start Center will host a Health and Safety Festival on Wednesday.
Festivities from 5 to7 p.m. will include face painting, a book walk, sack race, tours of the facility, flu shots, crafts and a chance to meet police officers and firefighters. Local community agencies and company representatives will attend.
The public is invited.
