WEST POINT, N.Y. — The U.S. Military Academy briefly sealed off outbound traffic after someone reported seeing a man in a vehicle who matched the description of a 28-year-old immigrant wanted for questioning about bombings in New York City and New Jersey.

Officials say Monday the vehicle was located and the man was identified as a resident of West Point. Traffic was flowing in and out of the academy 60 miles north of New York City later in the morning.

The report came amid a multi-state manhunt for Ahmad Khan Rahami, who is wanted for questioning in the weekend bombings in a Manhattan neighborhood and a New Jersey shore town.
