LOS ALAMITOS, Calif. — Bitzka won the $100,000 Barretts Debutante for fillies by 5 1/4 lengths Saturday at Los Alamitos.

Ridden by Tyler Baze, Bitzka ran 6 1/2 furlongs in 1:16.29 and paid $5.40, $3 and $2.10 as the 17-10 second choice.

Adorable returned $4.60 and $2.60, while 7-5 favorite Spooky Woods was another half-length back in third and paid $2.10 to show. Adorable and fourth-place Diva La Mousse are both trained by Hall of Famer Bob Baffert.

The victory, worth $56,000, increased Bitzka’s career earnings to $75,800.
