GREENSBORO, N.C. — One man is dead and a second was wounded after gunfire erupted outside a home in Greensboro where a weekend party was being held.

Lt. C.M. Schulteis of the Greensboro Police Department says officers responded to the scene about 3:15 on Saturday morning. Police say a large crowd of people had gathered outside the home, an argument ensued and gunfire erupted.

Police say 20-year-old Francois Lance Seets of Raleigh was wounded and taken to a hospital where he died.
