Linda Lou (Hughes) Norton Coller

FRANKLIN

Linda Lou (Hughes) Norton Coller, 75, passed away on Thursday evening, Sept. 15, 2016, in Indianapolis. She was a resident of Franklin.

She was born on June 4, 1941, in Indianapolis to Raymond Hughes and Violet (Mayo ) Warner. Linda married Ronald Norton. He preceded her in passing on April 3, 1983. She later married David Coller. He preceded her in passing on Sept. 20, 2012.

She is survived by three daughters, Rhonda Wheeler (Thom Malcomb), Debbie Whitney (Guy) and Phyllis O’Rourke; two grandsons, Austin Wheeler and Brad Wheeler; two great-granddaughters, Guinevere and Izabella Wheeler; one brother, John Warner (Laetitia) and two sisters, Barbara Brown (Jimmy) and Connie Rasmussen (Gary).

She was preceded in passing by her parents, two husbands and one sister, Mildred.

She was a 1959 graduate of Union High School.

Linda was employed by the Franklin Community School Corporation as a cafeteria cook at Union Elementary School for 18 years.

She was a member of Providence Christian Church. Linda loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed going out to dinner and shopping with her daughters.

The Rev. Steve Sorensen will conduct a celebration of Linda’s life at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 North Morton Street, (U.S. 31 North) in Franklin. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to service time Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Harris Cemetery.
