RAYVILLE, La. — State fire marshal investigators are trying to find out what caused a fire that killed a 73-year-old woman in Rayville.

The News-Star reports (http://tnsne.ws/2ceXEaN ) that the fire was reported Friday. Ossie Bryant’s body was found on the floor of the living room of the wood-frame house. The bodies of three family pets also were found inside.

Officials said Bryant used a wheelchair and had limited mobility.

The fire is believed to have started in a bedroom before spreading throughout the home.
