1200 block of Matthews Court: A man reported at 2:20 a.m. Wednesday that someone entered a vehicle parked in the garage and stole a computer tablet and prescription pills.
Criminal mischief
600 block of Walnut Street: A woman reported at 9:05 a.m. Tuesday that someone cut and damaged a screen on her garage and searched it. Nothing was missing.
Grace United Methodist Church, 1300 E. Adams Street: Police responded at 11:11 a.m. Tuesday to a report of a damaged fence.

6:43 a.m. Tuesday — Hurricane Road and County Road 425E, Franklin. Robert C, Gabbard, 62, Shelbyville and Tammi Persinger, 37, Franklin. Gabbard had a shoulder/upper arm fracture.
