OKLAHOMA CITY — Oklahoma City police say a suspect has been arrested in the weekend death of a man on the city’s southwest side.

Sgt. Gary Knight said Thursday that the police department’s gang enforcement unit arrested the 27-year-old suspect on a first-degree murder complaint on Tuesday and that other people are believed to have been involved in the slaying.

Court records do not show that formal charges have been filed.

Knight says the suspect is wanted in the death of 52-year-old Jay Creacy. Police found Creacy’s body Saturday in a home in southwest Oklahoma City. A suspected cause of death and motive have not been released.
