PORTLAND, Maine — Democratic vice presidential candidate Tim Kaine has made his first visit of the campaign to Maine.
Kaine attended a private fundraising event Thursday night at a home in Cape Elizabeth.
While he was there, Kaine discussed Hillary Clinton’s economic plan and hit on what he says are the big differences between her and Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.
Approximately 200 people attended the event.
They contributed between $1,000 and $2,700 to be there.
