INDIANAPOLIS
Tracy Michelle Hawkins, 50, of Indianapolis, died Sunday, Sept. 4, 2016, at her residence.
Survivors include her children, Patric Rose, Dakota Hawkins, Morgan Hawkins-Thompson; mother and step-father, Janet and James Carson; step-mother, Evonne Lewis; one grandchild; brothers, Jerry W. (Tonya) Lewis, Bryan (Amy) Haycraft, Jimmy (Angie) Carson and Steven Pigg.
