Criminal mischief

Franklin Community Middle School, 625 Grizzly Cub Drive: A man reported at 9:08 a.m. Thursday that someone put graffiti on a storage building on the grounds.

Property-damage accident

4:147 p.m. Friday — Cincinnati Street and Johnson Avenue.

Personal-injury accident

1:12 p.m. Thursday — U.S. 31 North, and Simon Road. David Cramer, 81, Bargersville and Larry Lloyd, 71, Morgantown. Lloyd reported chest pain. Passenger Cynthia Lawson, 68, Monticello, reported head pain. Passenger Carolyn Lloyd, 70, Morgantown, 70, reported knee/lower leg/foot pain.

Battery

1200 block of Fry Road: A woman reported at 10:24 a.m. Thursday that an acquaintance punched her and pushed her down the stairs.

Thefts

  • 500 block of Genisis Drive: Police responded at 7:45 a.m. Thursday to a report of theft.
  • Kroger, 3100 Meridian Parke Drive: Police responded at 11:55 a.m. Thursday that three males stole bottles of alcohol and left the scene.
  • Target, 895 S. State Road 135: Police responded at 10:28 p.m. Thursday to a report of shoplifting. A woman was arrested and issues a summons to appear in court.

Criminal mischief

First block of Declaration Drive: A woman reported at 7:29 a.m. Thursday that someone damaged her son’s car.

Neglect

500 block of N. Meridian Street: A woman reported on Thursday that she left her children in the care of a relative. The relative left the house and went to a fast food restaurant, leaving the children at home. He was arrested.

Theft

4500 block of Pitcher Drive, Trafalgar: A man reported at 9:05 a.m. Thursday that a gun was missing from his property.

John Davis Mullis, 31, 713 S. Walnut St., Edinburgh; arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, restricted use of a drug injection device, possession of cocaine/narcotics/methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia; held on $5,800 bond.

Alicia D. Stanovic, 26, 2226 S. Oxford St., Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; released on $500 bond.

Matthew Craig McCarty, 25, 403 Yandes St., Franklin; arrested on a charge of battery; held on $250 bond.

Francisco Gaytan-Gallegos, 44, Garden Hill Mobile Park, Bloomington; arrested on a charge of driving without ever receiving a license; released on $250 bond.

Allison B. Teipen, 34, 31 S. Mapleton St., Columbus; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held on $750 bond.

Elizabeth Anne Clarke, 37, 6 S. Bradley Ave., Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of dealing in methamphetamine; held on $19,300 bond.

Ryan Richard Yeager, 32, 8154 Pickford Drive, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; released on $500 bond. Devin M. Rivers, 21, 201 Evergreen St., Greenwood; arrested on charges of possession of controlled substances I, II, III or IV; held on $2,000 bond.

John Garns, 20, 591 N. Meridian St., Greenwood; arrested on a charge of neglect of a dependent; held on $2,400 bond.

Ronnie J. gentry Jr., 31, 515 Fulford Drive, Edinburgh; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held on $500 bond.

John Mason, 34, 6324 1-Pickkett Place, Ft. Riley, Kansas; also arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled I, II, III or IV substance; held on $2,000 bond.

Ramiro L. Olvera, 27, 4721 Stratford Ave., Indianapolis; released on $1,250 bond.

Abigail N. Cummings, 20, 5353 W. Smokey Road Road, Greenwood; also arrested on a charge of possession, consumption or transportation of alcohol by a minor; held on $2,000 bond.
