Irsila Tina Renee (Caudill) Latham

PARK CITY, KENTUCKY

Irsila Tina Renee (Caudill) Latham, 46, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2016, in Park City, Kentucky. She was a resident of Park City and former resident of Franklin.

She was born on July 3, 1970, in Franklin to Cletus “Sonny” Caudill and Sammie (Conner) Woodall. She married Daniel Latham. He survives. Other survivors include her father, Cletus “Sonny” Caudill of Hazard, Kentucky and her mother, Sammie Woodall of Franklin; two sons, Eric Caudill and Aaron David Mitchell Clark, and daughter, Mercedez Raylin Thompson; grandson, Bentley Clark; and two brothers, Keith (Anna) Woodall and Uriah Caudill.

She was preceded in passing by one daughter, Emily Clark; and stepfather, Cecil “Butch” Woodall of Franklin.

Irsila attended school in Franklin and Southwestern High School in Shelby County.

She attended cosmetology school and enjoyed styling hair. She liked arts and crafts and loved taking care of her house plants.

Irsila loved life and lived it to its fullest. She was a loving mother, grandma, daughter and niece. Her children, grandson and family were her life.

She married the love of her life, Daniel Latham, in 2015 in Linton. They moved to Park City, Kentucky, and got a home in the country. She was very excited and talked about her life and home there.

She was making it their home by adding her little touches every day. Plants and crafts were how she spent her time or going to sales, flea markets and thrift stores.

She enjoyed staying in touch with her family and friends through Facebook. Everyone enjoyed her posts, some serious, most funny! Cooking was another enjoyment. She liked to cook and post pictures of her food.

A celebration of Irsila’s life will be at 3 p.m. Monday at Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 North Morton Street, (U.S. 31 North) in Franklin. Friends may call from 1 p.m. to service time Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Young’s Creek Cemetery in Franklin.
