No criminal charge was ever filed against a man arrested after a 2015 incident.
Ronald Gayloyd Johnson was arrested in January 2015 on a charge of domestic battery, but no charge was filed because of problems with the witness in the case, Prosecutor Brad Cooper said.
Prosecutors were no longer able to reach the witness after Johnson’s arrest, and no charge was ever filed, Cooper said.
